BITHYNIA, Nicomedia. Commodus. AD 177-192. Æ Medallion (35mm, 25.98 g, 1h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Quinquereme with four or five rowers left, banners at stern; above, two octostyle temple façades. RPC Online 5641; Corsten -; RG 165; SNG von Aulock -. Near EF, dark brown surfaces. Very rare.
